Deep N'Geek Terms of Sales

It is important to carefully read these general conditions of sale before making your purchases. By purchasing from this website, you fully accept these terms and conditions. If a notion escapes you, do not hesitate to let us know at the following email address:, Thank you.

These general conditions of sale concern the sale of goods on the Deep N'Geek site and in no way cover the conditions of use of the Deep N'Geek website. To consult these, please refer to the Terms and conditions of use tab.

We can modify these general conditions of sale without notice. Do not forget to print a copy of these said conditions during your purchase for reference in the event of modifications on our part. Also, changes, if they occur, will only apply to orders placed after the update date. It is therefore important, for all potential complaints, that you print a copy when you make a purchase on this site.

Management of the availability of orders

If it turns out that we are unable to complete your order, we will contact you promptly to define the procedure. You may be offered two choices, a full refund of the amount you have paid, or an exchange of products of equivalent value.

Cancellation and return

Due to the type of product we sell, we only accept returns of defective items, which we will be happy to replace, or toys with unaffected seal caps. We reserve the right to refuse returns of out of warranty toys, but we will try to be as accommodating as possible and do our best to help you.

Please remember that you owe it to yourself to be diligent with any merchandise in your possession that you need to return to us. Also it is strongly recommended that you make sure that all returns are made with the original packaging and thus ensure that the product is not damaged during transport or before. Failure to comply with this instruction could result in additional costs at your expense to cover the costs of repackaging or the loss of value of the object if there were to be one.

If you ever need to make a return, make sure you have not damaged the seal label or received a defective product and have not exceeded the fourteen statutory days from delivery of the product. You are also asked to send an email to the following address: and to explain this return request to us by reminding us of your order email. If your request is accepted, you have fourteen days to return the defective product (s), starting from receipt of our response. Also, be sure to choose a shipping method with tracking and acknowledgment of receipt to ensure a safe return. We also ask you to attach to your package a note explaining the return and containing the email with which you made your purchase, all to guarantee a return from us as soon as possible.

We reserve the right not to refund shipping charges if items are returned for a refund.


Your packages will be delivered to the address indicated by you when ordering. We try the best we can to send your orders within 5 to 7 days of their manufacture, however, additional delays may be added depending on the periods and delivery conditions of our suppliers. We are a mail order company, so remember to take into account the delivery times when ordering, which are around 7 days for France and around 15 to 28 days for international.

If your order suffers delays or additional costs due in particular to customs, theft or loss of your package, complete or partial, we can not be held responsible, these incidents taking place outside our control.

It is recommended that you, upon receipt of the package, check that its content corresponds to your order and has not been subjected to any alteration whatsoever.

As a consumer, you have certain legal rights regarding the return of defective products and claims for losses caused by our negligence or our failure to meet our obligations. These terms and conditions will not affect these rights.

We would also like to remind you that we are a small business (two people) so we cannot ship every day. To make it easier for us to manage orders, we send out one shipment per week (generally on Friday). Also, if you order an item the day before or the day of our shipments, take into account the creation of the toy which takes at least 24 hours. He will therefore not be able to leave immediately. The benefit of any contract concluded with we, you are personal and only you can apply the contractual conditions.

If any provision of the Terms is unenforceable, this will not prevent the rest of the provisions from being enforceable.
